3 Easy Ways To Infuse Your Wellness Practice With Renewed Energy

3 Easy Ways To Use Your Wellness Practice Success Planner To Infuse Your Practice With Renewed Energy

1. Identify Where You Are Right Now

When a new client or student comes to you, you first have to ask, “Where are you now?” Are they brand new to yoga? Are they a seasoned massage receiver? Have they ever worked with a coach before?

Because how you work with people depends on where they are on their journey.

The same is true in working on your wellness practice. The first thing to do with your Planner is to identify where you are in your business journey. The planner gives you three choices and I’m sure you’ll be able to recognize yourself in one of the options.

Once you know where you are, it’s much easier to figure out how to get where you want to go. (That’s why GoogleMaps always asks for your location!)

So, take a moment and name the stage you’re in with your practice — without self judgement or criticism.

Don’t waste any energy on shoulda, woulda, or coulda’s! Declare where you are and, while you’re at it, reconnect with your vision of where you’d like to be. Declaring your intention helps motivate you to move on it.

2. Book A Weekly Appointment With Yourself

We always show up for our clients, students, and customers, right? But what about our businesses?

If you’re JUST seeing clients or teaching classes, or making products — all wonderful! — your working IN your business, but not ON your business.

And the only way you’ll continue to have and build a client list you love and loyal students in your classes is to regularly focus a little time ON your business.

No matter where you are in your practice, the Success Planner will give you at least a dozen things to do for your business. It’s up to you to schedule time to work ON your business each week.

This may seem like you’re “marketing” and that may feel uncomfortable, but really, you’re just BUILDING RELATIONSHIP, which is what people want and need in order to remember how much they want to work with you. Invite them to make working with you, or attending your classes, part of their self care.
