Welcome to Your Spirited Life!

My passion is to help you grow, heal, learn, transform, and find your joy. I want you to discover who you truly are and embrace that unique person you discover, with all the beautiful messy humanness that comes with that. I want you to have a fun and fulfilling work life that lights you up every day. And I want you to live in a beautiful and peaceful place that is functional and feels like home.

You deserve to live a Spirited Life! A life where your personal life, work, and home all bring you joy. And where you have the tools to navigate whatever comes your way. Because life does bring challenges!

And that’s where I come in. I’ve been through them myself and I’ve learned some things — about boundaries, facing challenges, finding joy, overcoming fears, getting well, starting and running a business, coping with loss, navigating transitions, learning from mistakes, taking chances, finding success, and finding my balance and inner peace. And I’ve gotten my hands into some juicy (and crazy) renovation, downsizing, and organizing projects along the way.

And I’ve received miraculous gifts from every life experience, which I use to inspire, coach, and help people like you every day.

As the founder and director of a school for the holistic healing arts, a life and business coach, and spiritual director, a natural foods cook, massage therapist, yoga and Tai Chi instructor, I’ve worked with 1000s of students and clients, empowering them to expand, heal, grow, and succeed.

I’ve helped clients transform their job or find a new one. I’ve renovated 4 houses, decorated many more, and helped others realize their dreams of a functional and beautiful home. And I’m an Airbnb superhost with two beautiful properties I’d love to host you in for a country getaway.

I would be honored to support you on your journey to a joyful life, meaningful work, and functional home.

Raised in the suburbs of upstate NY, I lived in NYC for many years before finding my soul landscape, beside a quiet creek in Central Pennsylvania. When I’m not working with clients, I like to get out on the creek, go glamping, cook, decorate, travel, play on Pinterest, garden, ride my e-bike, and go Zydeco dancing.

My promise to you: I don’t know everything, but I’ll share with you everything I know — about how your life can really work for you, what will make your work succeed, how to feel at home in your home, and how to find a deep contentment, joy, and connectedness that never wavers.

I look forward to the adventure, together.

What Others Say

“I have never met anyone with a gift for listening like Annie’s.  Not just the patience it takes to listen, but the compassion it takes to HEAR what the person is saying (and not saying).  Annie listens with her heart and mind and really gives the speaker space to get it all out.”

“Annie comes at life with a passion that is so big and authentic that others can’t help but become inspired by it. She has a pioneering spirit. Her creativity makes her see things from a unique perspective and she is able to mold things into something brand new, so others can benefit!”

“We would still be living with a gutted kitchen if Annie hadn’t helped us design our new one. She was there every step of the way, and kept us sane and focused through the whole project.”
